Line Dancing with Sandra Speck

About SANDRA

I was born in Birmingham, and as a child I loved to dance, ballroom, latin and disco. I took all my medals, and thoroughly enjoyed dancing with other children when they took their medals.

In 1996 I moved to a small village called Gobowen near Oswestry, where I became subpostmistress in the village Post Office. it was during a holiday in America that I discovered line dancing, only to find that the social club, next door to the Post Office, ran regular classes. I joined and was immediately hooked.

Circumstances changed for me in 2003, I moved out from the Post Office with a family now in tow, and knew that I wanted to teach line dancing. I became qualified with B.W.D.A 2000 in April 2005, started with just one class, and progressed from there. I have since become qualified with I.D.T.A at Associate level for Line  Dancing and Freestyle. I now run line Dance classes Monday-Thursday, daytime and evening, and hold regular social and charity events.

So whatever your age, level or ability, there is something for you. It is a great way to keep fit, have fun and make new friends.
